Delete from the app (instant)

1. Open EarnPotli and tap your profile picture on the Journey screen.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@earnpotli.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email, profile picture, push token, device ID, squad membership and settings — removed immediately when you delete in the app, or within 7 days by email.
• Kept for up to 3 years: records of tasks completed and rewards issued, without your name or email, where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
• Unrevealed rewards in your Vault are lost when you delete your account, so reveal and use them first.
