Privacy policy

EarnPotli (“we”, “us”) runs the EarnPotli app and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. If you have a question, write to support@earnpotli.com.
What we collect
- Your Google account details: name, email address and profile photo, when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
- Device information: a device identifier, phone model and Android version. We use these to keep one account per person and to stop fraud.
- Task activity: which offers you start, your progress and when they are completed. Our partners send us this when you finish their tasks.
- Play-time data (only if you allow it): with Android “Usage access” turned on, we read how long you used partner games so play-time tasks can be credited. You can turn this off at any time in your phone settings.
- Installed partner apps: we check whether a partner app from your task list is installed, so we can open it for you.
- Screenshots you send: when you report a missing reward, the screenshot and note you attach.
- Notification token: so we can tell you when a reward is ready, if you allow notifications.
How we use it
- To run your account, track your levels and give you rewards.
- To confirm with partners that tasks were completed.
- To prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse. Accounts that break our terms can have rewards held or removed.
- To answer support requests and missing-reward reports.
- To send notifications you have switched on (rewards, streak reminders, squad nudges).
We do not sell your personal data.
Partners we share data with
To show and credit tasks, we share a random user ID (not your name or email) with our offer and advertising partners, which may include adjoe, ayeT-Studios, PubScale and Google AdMob. These partners may collect device and advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies. Gift-card codes are bought from authorised suppliers; we do not share your personal details with the brands.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your name, email and profile within 30 days. We may keep records of completed tasks and rewards issued for up to 3 years where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
Your choices
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Delete account. You can also email us.
- Usage access and notifications: turn them off at any time in your phone settings or in the app.
- Access or correct your data: email support@earnpotli.com from the email address on your account.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Gift-card codes are stored encrypted and are only shown to the account that won them.
Children
EarnPotli is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app when the change is important.
